What is the shipping policy?

Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies.

An original painting will take around 2-3 days to process and handle after an order has been placed.

A print will take around 5-7 days to process and handle after an order has been placed.

Conditions of return

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact us within 18 days of order about returns or exchanges.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted with original paintings, only prints.

International Shipping

The client is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply if you reside outside the U.S.

We are not responsible for any delays due to international customs.

Prints | Giclée

Giclée prints are large format reproductions made from original art or photographs printed on a variety of media – watercolor paper, canvas, photographic paper, and other material. They are widely embraced for their quality by major museums, galleries, publishers, artists, and photographers.

-Satin finish

-19 mil thickness

-720 dots per inch | DPI

-Water and UV resistant ink

Are your prints and/or originals framed?

No, unless posted otherwise or upon request. Prints and originals are intentionally unframed so you may choose the ideal frame for longer lasting quality, enhanced finish, and specifically tailored to your home or space.

Should I frame my print and/or original painting?

Yes! It is recommended that all prints and originals should be taken to a professional framer, so exceptional advice and frame of reference is given on selecting the proper match that will compliment your home, its surroundings and the painting itself.
